Marsha was born and raised in Palo Alto, and then relocated her family to Orangevale in 1994. Since then the Sacramento Region has grown by leaps and bounds. Having lived in Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Folsom, and Fair Oaks, over the years, gives Marsha the local expertise that has been very beneficial to her home sellers and buyers. Real Estate really is “local.”

In the past 15 years, as costs have escalated  in the Bay Area, thousands are migrating to the Sacramento Region for the affordable cost of living and a simpler and more casual lifestyle. I went to the office expecting to connect with an agent I had worked with previously, but that agent was no longer available. Marsha was warm, welcoming and professional, and took a lot of time to learn about our priorities. It was an easy decision to work with her. She paid attention to all the details from the start of our property search to the final issues in closing. Marsha maintained great communication throughout the entire buying process and worked very hard to represent our interests at every stage. Buying or selling a property will be much easier with Marsha on your side!

Marsha was extremely helpful and patient with us as we looked in countless neighborhoods and houses over our budget. She brought us back down to earth and was always available to show us that next house. Marsha handled the negotiations for us and all went relatively smoothly. I would definitely choose to work with Marsha again in the future.
